1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (liquids, sprays, oils, and hygiene-related items), returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was leaking or broken on arrival

📌 Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Change of mind / personal preference

  • Orders placed during discounts or promotions

  • Products without original packaging and labels

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products unless they arrived damaged.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@safezon.in or WhatsApp us at [your support number]

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images or video of the issue

    • Short description of the problem

Once approved, our team will guide you on the return or replacement process.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may take additional time.

💳 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Approved damaged or wrong products may be replaced instead of refunded, based on availability.

  • Replacement products are shipped at no extra cost.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

  • If a return is approved, Safezon will bear the return shipping cost.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
